Alma supported the completion of the Superintendent search for Cincinnati Public Schools. As part of the work, we facilitated a Board retreat to plan out the communications and stakeholder engagement approach, and to clarify the competencies required for the role.
Alma also supported the Board in its
decision-making related to Board elections taking place mid-search, and how best to integrate and welcome incoming Board members into the process. The search was successful. Three leaders of color emerged as finalists through a rigorous process, and Iranetta Wright was named Superintendent in the spring of 2022.
