The Alma team supported Baltimore City Schools (City Schools) in their executive recruitment and hiring efforts for two senior leadership positions in City Schools, Chief Human Capital Officer and Executive Director of Special Education.

In June 2021, Alma completed the executive search for the next superintendent of Denver Public Schools. Denver Public Schools is the largest district in Colorado, serving approximately 90,000 students in over 200 schools.

In three years, North Chicago transformed its recruitment, hiring, and retention practices via a conscious and sustained effort. When we started, North Chicago struggled to achieve their desired hiring results.

As the district prepared to conclude a seven-year grant from The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Alma completed an assessment of the Teacher and Leader Effectiveness (TLE) program at Shelby County Schools.
